alcohol and gear

now before anyone gets exited i know that alcohol and gear are a bad combo. i havent drank since i started sust (my first cycle) and im trying to stay away from it as much as i can. what i am asking is, what would be the best option for a few social cocktails. also, im taking clen.

Abstaining from alcohol would be best...but one beer once in a while isn't going to really hurt you.


Drinking to excess is retarded when you are "on".
