Well first off, I have to say, I don't know anything about Alcatraz' situation, but in regards to myself...I don't deserve yours, nor the board's empathy, CM, so I'd rather consider this thread as testament to your heart of gold, Molly:heart:

This is the only picture I have on my computer. It's right before my PCT after a cycle of anadrol 50, susta 25 and decca. So, yes I was bloated. I was 15% BF also. Now I'm 12% BF. That's not fat...lol
