i went to give myself a shot of sust today 1cc, I usually inject only glutes. I go to put it in my left glute and ahhhhh, as soon as I pricked the mother fucker hurt like i bitch i couldnt put the pin all the way in, I tried again in a different spot on my left glute, same fuckin pain.......scar tissue mabye?.......so i said, "Fuck this" went on spotinjections.com and did my first quad shot It was so much easier, no twisting or bending and i used two hands I used a 1.5" pin though, should i get me some 1" pinz for quad shots in the future?

I would personally use a 1 inch unless your a bigger person then use 1.5 but usually people dont have much bf on there thighs so really no need for 1.5

I will second that. I only use a 27 ga. 1/2" needle on my quads, delts and glutes. Then again, I have very little BF in those areas.

Your skin is only about 3 mm thick so unless you have a pretty thick layer of crisco, 12.5 mm (1/2") is plenty deep enough to get into the muscle. Some people report less pain with deeper injections but I have found it doesn't make a difference to me. I'll stick with my teenie little 27 ga. pin and maybe avoid some of that scar tissue buildup.

yeah scar tissue is pretty much permanent. but if you suspect you have scar tissue you should massage the lumps because it is possible to break it up to some extent.

What will work is a shot of cortison I heard that helps break it up and may get rid of it

How the fuck do you use a 27 g pin??? I have enough trouble pushing the oil through a 25 g pin. It seems to take so long that I move the pin around too much and i always end up bleeding like a mofo. I only go with 23 g 1 inch pins for delts, chest, and quads if I absolutely have to. I hate quad injections.
