dont think that is a prank... lol thats also what happens when the woman gets married and stops caring about herself lol that guy does look fuking amazing

Nelson, at what age would you start considering HRT?

No prank -- actual photos. Even being blessed with great beauty, time will ravage you if you do nothing to prevent it. Anita was a goddess. Tragic. Meanwhile, has anyone seen Linda Carter lately? (Wonder Woman from the 70's) She's 57 and fucking stunning! Exercise, supplements, attitude and yep, drugs. (In her case I'd guess HGH, estrogen and testosterone).

I consider HRT when it's needed and not a moment sooner. Even if your levels are low at age 35, they can bounce back. And of course, supps like UNLEASHED can boost your Free T.

But if you're over 40 and your T is consistently below 300, then it's time.

Thanks. I'm running unleashed and postcycle now during PCT. I'll probably get bloodwork done in a month or so (once i'm over 3 months off cycle).

That is the truth!!!

.

No pot belly on this 51 year old man.

Still holding a 34" waist, 50 inch" chest, and 18" guns.

Bob looks good....I hope I look that good -- in 27 years.

Not bad pops... must be all that super cissus got them joints all healthy to lift.

I think that Bob cat is a special case because there ain't too many 70 year old dudes looking like that. My dad is in that category but he's a total yoga kinda guy. Nonetheless, exercise will help you avoid what happened to those two broads. Geez, the Hollywood life style done fucked them up bad!

Love nelson and his threads. Always something good to add to ef.

Those lovely ladies scare me. You would think someone would tell them, right? Don't they have people for that? You know, "Hey Brigette honey, gravity is getting the best of you." Goodness. Somebody better tell me if gravity starts working on me like that! Just tell it like it is, sweety - your a@# is starting to drag and everything else is going with it. When it is time, HRT to the grave.

This girl is taking beauty to the grave.

Most people who don't realize it for themselves, won't listen.

I'll be watching my a@# in the mirror - I hear it is the first to go ;-) onebreath - you better have my back

Yea it sucks. But I suspect we don't know the whole story. I know a lot of young women that had hysterectomies and lost their beauty right away. Sickness and the treatment for these sicknesses can age one quick. Having been there with cancer I don't judge those women to harshly. They both look like the doctors cut the shit out of them and fucked them up greatly. And it goes both ways. I saw a women on TV that was twenty five. She found out that she has a gene that predisposes her to breast cancer. So she just had them removed. I doubt that did anything to improver her looks.

Don't make the mistake in thinking that just because you workout that disease will not attack you. I have been an athlete from the age of fifteen. Then I was in my forties I had started to have more fun so I was dancing, modern, jazz and ballet. Along with lifting three days a week and doing Goju Ryu karate as well as being an instructor at my old Tai Chi school. I didn't fall out with cancer until the pain got so great I couldn't take it. The cancer was very advanced and above and below my diaphragm. The doctor that diagnosed me told me years later he didn't think I was going to live. But being an athlete gave me the mental strength to not give up. And believe me there was a time in intensive care that I told myself "just don't stop breathing, just don't stop breathing" I focused my mind on one thing and that was breathing. I made it through the nigh and lived. But I tell you truly if I hadn't fought like that I would have died that night ( that was when I had sepsis from an infected Gershon catheter, so I was fighting cancer and sepsis).

Making it to old age and not looking like shit is a lot of hard work and a hole lot of luck. Now I look twenty or more years older then I would have if I hadn't had cancer but I am still kickin and my favorite exercise is still the clean and press.

Yes, star crossed in pleasure the stream flows on by
Yes, as we're sated in leisure, we watch it fly
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
Time can tear down a building or destroy a woman's face
Hours are like diamonds, don't let them waste
Time waits for no one, no favours has he
Time waits for no one, and he won't wait for me
Men, they build towers to their passing yes, to their fame everlasting
Here he comes chopping and reaping, hear him laugh at their cheating
And time waits for no man, and it won't wait for me
Yes, time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
Drink in your summer, gather your corn
The dreams of the night time will vanish by dawn
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
And time waits for no one, and it won't wait for me
No no no, not for me....

IMO, one should not start HRT unless they have low test or are over the age of 40. Why? Simply because you really don't need it.
HRT does not just mean you shoot test twice a week. You have to get semi annual check-ups and blood work to monitor lipids, liver, and prostate function among other things. HRT includes the PROPER use of HCG, an AI's like adex or aromasin.
I don't think you can really put an age number on it, however most studies show that natural test levels don't decline enough to warrant testosterone augmentation until around age 35-40.
A 25 year old who goes on HRT is committing to 50-60 years of bi-weekly injections is another cause for pause. That's a loooong fucking time. You might THINK you can do it, but I suspect that you may change your mind after 20 to 30 years or so. Point being once you start you are in the same boat as the diabetic who MUST inject insulin every day of his life. If you don't need it, wait until you do.

i asked because i am going to be 35 in jan .. right near the age u pinpointed

Aging is inevitable, so no need to worry and stress.

Hit the gym as hard as you can and try to push yourself always...do not reminisce on what you were 20 years ago, live in the "now moment" and you should be fine.

Good points, I'm in better shape than I have ever been and
I'm getting close to the half century mark

You're not even a real man until you are 50 years old. Gay Bitches. :mommakin:

Guess I don't have too long to wait and then I can let you know!

Bob Delmontique looks awesome. I just hope to get to the age first never mind looking like half what he does.

I've had my test levels checked 3 times since age 39 (42 and 45 also)
2 times they were within 10% of the high normal figure
and one time exceeded it
natural

but I've been in the gym since march 1982 and have an excellent diet most of the time

I have done some modest test cycles since age 39 (4-6 weeks about 3 times after my original 300mg/week for 11 weeks)
I appreciate the sense of well being mostly
I don't want to be big-I like a balanced, tight and defined physique with a good degree of strength, but I'm not concerned with poundages lifted and/or turning heads in the gym from impressive lifts

calorie restiction is without a doubt the best mode to extending the quality of life as well as life itself

the sentiment I observe I view as very counter-productive
juicing for weak reasons and gorging on calories
yeah if you work for Mayflower or the minnesota vikings

so many young guys wrecking their HPTA for life
for what?

I've been in gyms for almost 30 years
now it's every third kid in the gym is juicing (I can tell)

I agree with Spart that people juice too soon, for all the wrong reasons and without knowing th eproper way to administer aas and how to minimize sides, and even what the sides are...but thats called STEROID ABUSE AND NOT STEROID USE

I'm thankful the steriod circuit wasn't around the first 20 years I was lifting
my base is there
I can fvck around for 3 mos
and need 3 weeks to look good again
look good in the gym
I always look good to the public
it conflicts me because I get down on myself and into depressive cycles because I haven't been doing as well as I can
and I feel like I look like shit
then a comment or occasion will remind me that a bad period for me is ahead of 95% of america of any age

so I'm learning to accept that one doesn't have to be high quality in the eyes of the bodybuilding community
to be aesthetically acceptable
I don't have an adonis complex
I'm fat phobic though and feel when I'm 8lbs of fat overweight I should seclude

I was chubby/fat growing up
entered college early and smoked pot and drank beer and got quite heavy
at 19 I was fuck this
lost 60lbs in 9mos. and went to a gym after that march 1982
I was the ridiculed fat kid
a friend commented to me one time years after I did the transformation
"you're a fat person in a thin person's body"

most everybody in the gym has a psychological hangup about why they're there
so you have to examine yourself (mentally, not physically) and periodically ask yourself what are you doing and why

as for people that aren't in the gym and/or doing exercise intensive activities coupled with sensible diets
their issues typically are several magnitudes above people who endeavor to do something about their very existence
laziness,sloth,greed etc.
waiting for the glorified body christ promised

Bro, if I'm half the man you are at your age, I'll be happy :artist:

Thanks Traz. You will be able to do it. You have the discipline.

I only got serious about lifting at 42. I fucked around with weights off and on since my teens. And partied like a rock star.

But putting a plan together, a life-style, and staying with for the long haul it is the key.

Do you know for a fact that Bob is on TRT or HRT? Or just assuming?

Just curious.

Bob has always been one to be on the vanguard of physical enhancement. Takes tons of supps a day. And he does speak about anti aging methods which include HRT.

Jack LaLanne claims he isn't on HRT and although he's in amazing shape, he doesn't LOOK as good as Bob. (He's also 10 years older!)

Yeah aging does indeed suck! Good post bro and worth the bump, I missed it before. Hey how come I cant see Brigett at 29? Says Pic not here?

Yes she was thats why I was whining about it bro!:)

This is why it's so hilarious there is all this voodoo bullshit media scare tactics with anabolic steroids and to a lesser extent gh. The stuff is great for you in moderation especially as you get older.

So many women look to makeup and supplements or the latest diet fad for longer lasting beauty when they should be hopping on hrt and exercises with weights when they get older.

And you dam well should bro. Your hard work and perserverance shows! Shit I would be happy to look like you right now at 50!

Nelson,

What is the down side to being on HRT under 40 years of age?

Nelson,

What is the down side to being on HRT under 40 years of age?

Like anything else, not having to depend on something isn't as good as producing it naturally.

The longer you're on any medication, the more you need over time, so why start earlier than you have to?

Look how Sylvester Stallone looks thanks to HRT.
