AG guys IGF update...if u care

I know most will say 80-100mcg per day is the best dose, but I think that is still to be determined..... When I compare the results I got off 50mcg, and 100mcg per day??? I know that could NEVER say the 100mcg was TWICE as good..... NO WAY IN HELL..... I will never do 100mcg per day again, it's just not needed for me, and it's too expensive.... I do very well off 50mcg per day.....

My cycles were 4 weeks in duration, and seemed to help me diet down faster, and make my veins more pronounced...... I love the stuff, and I have NO AFFILIATION with any sponsors of this board......

So when you say "bridging", you mean during PCT only? you haven't tried it after PCT and before the next cycle? Just trying to learn more about it... and I've read that IGF + HGH + Slin + T3 are the ultimate synergistic combo.... so does IGF on its own give good results?

Well, the time after my cycle is over, till the next one starts I call PCT..... I don't take too much time off between cycles..... During that time off, youre prone to lose muscle, so using IGF will prevent that..... I never used IGF with ANYTHING else.... I don't see why you would use IGF with insulin, that just sounds dangerous since IGF mimics Insulin.... Don't know about IGF and HGH use together.... Sounds like over kill, and expensive..... I'm telling you this, IGF used BY ITSELF is like an AAS cycle..... You get stronger, no water retention, feel it within 3-4 days, it's great stuff.... You don't need to cycle anything with it..... However, I will be using it with T3 in a few weeks.... That's just cause T3 is part of my summer cycles..... Not only that, but IGF is expensive enough, so save your cash, and only use it by itself.....

day 8, pumps are good, vascularity is good, strength is decent. weight about the same with body fat down about a percent. overall I am happy. I would describe it as being equal to a light dose anavar cycle. nothing crazy, but gives that little push. report back in a few days.
 
My impression with IGF is really there isnt a specific effect right away like there is with say Dbol, or the similar (or on a longer scale, test e, etc)

the idea with IGF, is that it is the ONLY thing that can INCREASE the number of muscle cells you have... on that subject, injecting too much (i have read anything over 50mcg) will NOT be absorbed in the local muscle and will in fact attach to anything, most often and easiest being the intestine, which WILL grow...

The idea here is that IGF works BEST when used for localized growth in a muscle group and shot immediately (within minutes) after training that body part, as that is when the receptors are primed to receive IGF and make the most use of the largest % of the injection...

beauty here is IGF is legal, and safe, and you can bring it with you to the gym, so you can go to the locker room and do it right after working out :)

By increasing the AMOUNT of muscle cells you have, if you chose to use AS, (or just continue working out naturally) THEN you notice the best increase, because you now have more cells growing!
