after surgery?

hi im havin surgery on my acl this week and im gonna laid up for awhile..what would be a good routine for getting my metablolism burning and keeping toned without gettin off my couch becuz i wont be able to walk for awhile..and how bout maybe a fatburner... what is a good one if im not going to be very active while using it?
 
I don't know, I know this might not sound like useful advice but I would just take it easy until your healed.
 
reduce your caloric intake appropriately and save the wear on your heart. You could raise your protein a bit if you want to reduce muscle atrophy. Diet forum would be a great place to ask.
