after 14 weeks of tren HI devises a plan

if all goes right ill be cycleing Tren till july first, now 14 weeks is a long cycle

so post recovery I will take

Clomid
Cyclofenil
maca
creatine
Clen
DHEA
ZMA
ALA
Vit C

any thoughts
 
have read some good things about DHEA and post, hell if you think its usally I would be glad to remove it...kind of playing with things which is why I posted this thread

If you want my input,

First, DHEA has a very low target conversion (something like 0.30%), moderate DHT conversion - although no major anabolic effects. Its a exogenous hormone which is good (no negative feedback) but it will in turn convert to either estradiol (estrogen precursors) or andro - its actually responsible for around 80 percent of all estrogens in your body.

You already have the clomid and some other herbal/mineral stuff - Its just overkill (waste of money) I would personally leave the DHEA out.

Are you running the ALA with the tren during the cycle ?
 
You should run ala with tren? What effect does it have when combined with it? I thought that would just put more stress on your kidneys.

I bet it would help protect the kidneys. Most drug toxicity is actually caused by free radicals. ALA eliminates alot of free radicals.
 
I am curious. What benefit is there in running tren for more than 6 weeks? Wouldn't it be better (and healthier) to change to a different combination of steroids after this time?

Problems:
-14 weeks on tren let alone test is going make your recovery time a LONG time. Your body is going be really shut down and alot of those gains are going to fly out the window. Consider something shorter like 6 weeks then get after a week or two on arimadex and clomid for a few weeks and then get back on. Some people disagree with this and want a "study" stating its efficacy. Bottom line is it works,keeps you functional, and keeps you gaining cosistently without having to up the doseage constantly.
-Clomid and Cyclofenil are essentially the same thing so I don't see the benefit in taking both. Again if there is evidence (other than anecdotal) to support the use of both then Im all for seeing it.
-As guys have said DHEA is going to be like spitting into a house on fire
-I'd add some glutamine
 
yes I know 14 weeks is a long time, but as I said in another thread, I have been useing the correct precautions durring my cycle.

plus I shoot spot injections of 75mgs EOD so this is the lowest dosage for tren to be effective; meaning I am not doing insane amounts. IMOP trens effects long term get better and better, in regards to fat burning, vascular pumps and body comp changes. Every week I have looked better and better. I would love to hear from Fonz on what 26 weeks of tren was like.

and ALA is of course suppose to be run with tren, liver protectent, powerful anti oxident and great for the shuttle of protien and carbs. I want to attempt to keep all my gains so through research I am attempting to create an optimal post recovery plan.

I was thinking glutamine, many studies have come out lately disproveing its effectiveness in the human body, but I will add it to the list.

and lets not forget about maca, in high doses it is increadible effective and powerful...ill let you guys know what happens
 
Should we even mention ALA anymore? Really its one of the strongest anti-ox know. It should just be part of you daily mass-o-pills.

Cranberry would be good, but it does not really protect the kidneys. It will help prevent infection, and given the extra work they are doing it is not a bad idea.
