A warrent? WTF? You cant take out a warrent. Maybe a restraining order but not a warrent...

if you get a recording of his threats you can get a felony intimidation charge against him. a friend of mine's ex did it to him after she fucked his best friend and he beat his ass. she happened to be by a cop when he was on the phone telling her how he was going to beat the guy down daily. not good for my friend. cost him lots of $$$$.
Does this mean i could get paid if i recorded his threats?
I had another idea too. it was to let him beat the shiut out of me and then sue him for hella money. I wouldnt mind having a broken nose for a lot of $$$

not quite for the threats but if he beats you up and you have any medical bills that were the direct cause of his actions I'm sure you would be compensated those and then some.

civil suits mean jack squat, they arent enforceable after a judgment is rendered. Remember OJ and Ron Goldmans suit? Shit was like $30million and the Goldmans didnt get squat because its up to the defendant to pay if he feels like it, no one can force him. All you will get is your ass kicked and medical bills that you still have to pay.
