Acne - Gyno and a big thank you to ?

I am currently on a cycle.

In the beginning I was on 750mgs of test then dropped to 500mgs of test weekly alongside 50mgs of winstrol and 20mgs of dbol daily.

I was getting a few spots so posted on here asking for help.

Since then I have been washing with an acne shower gel and scrubbing thoroughly as well as wiping my back down with alcohol. That pretty much kept everything under control.

Once the winstrol ended I upped the dbol to 50mgs daily and BAM - spots all over my back and started on the face. Not the normal spots but the ugliest, weirdest, yuckiest spots ever - filled with puss!

I remember reading someone's reply to my first post saying wash your face and back with nizorol shampoo and leave a thin film of Nizorol on the back so I shower, scrub and as I am getting out of the shower I ask my other half to just gently run a small amoung of nizorol over my back and shoulders and then I step out without rubbing it off. I have been doing that for 4 days now and the acne has improved to as it was pre cycle

On another note, after reading Jon's post on letro, I jumped on some at lower doses than suggested alongside nolva and a little lump under my right nipple which I have had for more than 4 years has gone! (While on test and dbol)

So I just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU very much to the gentleman who posted on using Nizorol and a BIG THANK YOU to Jon for his post! It saved me the cost of surgery.

I am 2 weeks left on the cycle and will then do a 10 day insulin cycle to end up with and it seems I will be acne and gyno free at the end of it.

nice , what was your letro and nolva dose and time?

I was taking 1/4 and then 1/2 a tab daily (Femara 2.5mgs) alongside 40mgs nolva daily. Once the sensitivity stopped, i stopped the nolva and went to 1/4 tab of letro a day. My right pec has not been this firm or solid since a very long time!

Why Dbol after the Winny?

I purely did it like that cause I started off with some winny and sust (fake sust) so started on winny - then obtained some dbol and legit sust elsewhere. So when done with the winny I upped the dose of dbol. Remember I am on letro and also taking some natural diuretics which are keeping water off - Although I don't look shredded - I am lean and have no water retention what so ever. I have added approximately 15lbs of solid muscle so far and have dropped 1.5 inches around my waist.

the lump would have disappeared w the ferma alone. Nolvadex doesnt help w the ferma. there is a ton of research backing it.

Thanks for the info. My sensitivity in the nipple area increased when back on this cycle and in the beginning the only thing I had access to was nolva - so I used this at 40mgs daily. Luckily I was able to obtain the letro afterwards.

With regards to tons of research backing the nolva not working with letro, I am sure there is, but there are also a few members on here who swear to take the letro and nolva together.

Personally - was the nolva a contributing factor or did it play no effect on my gyno? I honestly don't know. All I do know is it no longer exists

Please re-word. I would be screwing around with it if I did not know how to use it or have not used it in the past or did not know how I react to it. I have been training since I was around 18 and then seriously from around 20. I dont really recall exact dates as it was more than 10 yrs ago now.

I do not recommend or advocate the use of insulin but yes, I do and have used it myself. This is my last cycle ever and I will be hitting 280lbs - am over 6 foot - by the end of it. That is a promise I made to my other half.
