I think it's only really starting to kick in now. Apparently it makes the acne worse and it has begun, my shoulders have started to flare up. This is suppose to be the most difficult part of the cycle. The skin has been dry and mildly itchy as well, the chapped lips are out of control I woke up this morning and my lip was cracked. When I went to bed I lubed them up real good too!

a person (not you) wanting to take insulin at the same itme as accutane (again not you) who was worried about blood glucose fluctuations (definitely not you) would only have a problem if they took long acting insulin. if that same person used short acting insulin and ate properly at the time of the insulin injection (like they re meant to) then the glucose coming in from their digestive tract would totally flood the body for a while, making it pretty hard for the accutane to screw up their bloods and make them hypo
howeevr that same person should consider not using insulin because its bloody dangerous if you dont know what you are doing and are around people who all know what you are doing
in fact, i would be temped to inform that person that there have been a number of slin hospitalisations and deaths and so theyd best stay off the slin

the best acne treat ment is laser
there are a few kinds ..smoothbeam and thermage laser treatment
i took accutane and my face broke out a year later (total natty when i broke out again)
and used the thermage treatment (had some cysts) WORKED awsome
not FDA approved but is safe
basically heats the skin up and kills it that away
studies showed it worked for 80% of ppl (moderate to servere acne)
results were like in 3-4 weeks UNREAL
