I have a problem when I squat heavy. It seems that my knees want to come inward if that makes sense. What I mean is when i start to go heavy its like my knees want to come together as if I was knot kneed instead of bow legged. Any suggestions on how to make this stop? Im not sure if my stance is too wide or too close or what may be weak on me causeing me to do this please help.

Well squatting wider will help. But if you need help getting wider try box squatting for a bit. Also turn your toes out a little bit more.

Dude, if your knees are coming in, then you need to strengthen your hip flexors. If you do not fix this you will get injured. Start squating off the box and it will correct itself real quick.

I totally agree with these guys...point your toes out, and try to strengthen your hip flexors!!!
