I am a Rookie for sure (especially after reading your posts) I am looking for an easy start up cycle.
I am looking for obvious strength gains, some mass gains with as little fat/water retention as possible, and performance improvements for sure. My career and hobbies will most benefit from the strength and performance improvements.
I am looking to keep it as simple as possible, item I had in mind were: oxadrolone (anavar), oxymetholone (anadrol), dianabol or maybe winstrol. Again simple as possible for now so any input would be greatly appreciated!
You Guys keep up the good work on these forums, I am learning alot.

stay away from dbol then if u dont want water retention.

how about giving us a little history lesson first? first cycle, i presume?

training? age/height/weight/bf? diet (cals, serving sizes, food types, total meals, etc.)?

Agreed, post some of ur stats first and some if any previous cycles

Yes this will be first cycle.
Training now at least 4 days a week- I get 2 hours a day at work to train for 4 days a week, mostly all weights, cardio mostly consists of hiking with 45-65 lb packs for several miles
I am 25 yrs old, about 5'10" and 200lbs, probably 15-20% body fat.

2 hours a day with weights sounds a little excessive. u should be able to get in an out in 45 mins.

what is you diet?

Yeah, I don't lift the whole time, I'm just saying i got 2 hours total to do as I please. As far as diet goes, I don't got much to tell you except it is not very disciplined-3 to 4000 calories, (especially after fires). Supplements I use are a mix of protein, creatine, glutamine and arginine.

well that is what we need to work on first as no matter what aas u take if u got a shitty diet your results may be no different than without.

you should eat every 2 hours. High protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet.

get yourself lined up with some whey protein (if not already) for pre and post workout shakes. i like casein protein b4 bed but others will argue the necessity of this. The rest should be whole meals. Complex carbs & lean meat sources.

simple as u want .. assuming u have trained enough to warrent a 1st cylce .. test only 1st cycle .. but deff get your diet in check before and make sure u are gettin enough cals and protein .. or it will be a waste

I agree with the shake before bed helps to defer any minor catabolism over night...and first thing in the morning if you dont have time for food.

Other than that good supps the aminos are great arg. and glut. creatine can work well if you utalize it right. Remember with creatine comes water retention prolly wont need it on gear. Take your creatine money and eat eat eat!

#1 get your diet in check. research Anabolics so that you Know how to eat/lift ect..when on. For example: i add no additional sodium to my food, these are all things you need to research about diet..thats 80%.
As far as Test, i ran Sustanon 250 for first cycle, some dont like it, i did. 1 inj a week, and i also ran 20/30 mg Dianabol wks1-4..Now like a Bro already mentioned, dianabol gives Water retention! this is were diet comes in to play...i eat clean as a whiskle, and that reduces Bloat ect........ so Read on Bro, and swell the head before the Bod !
