20 second sprints? walk back... you keep getting faster as you go into the second round? I did not read enough I think and now I have to go cook...Is that good?

My little experiments aside ... there is absolutely NO REASON you should NOT treat yourself once in awhile ... it can do MORE damage to you if you stay strict & clean for so long, that when you do 'indulge' your body rejects the food and you feel like CRAP.

This is not specifically directed at you Flor b/c I :heart: you, but it really is sad to see people beating themselves up about food. It’s not going anywhere, you need it to live & there are PLENTY of things in this world that are delicious and yes, it is OKAY to savor them once in a while, anyone who tells you any different has a screw loose, sorry.

For the average person trying to stay fit & live a healthy lifestyle, I completely think having a little something once a week is healthy not only for your mental state, but for your physical state. If at ANY TIME you beat yourself up about 'treating' yourself or feel 'guilty', a person REALLY need to adjust his/her way of thinking ... it is very UNhealthy ... Pick your poison. It could be a dessert choice, a nice hunk of meat, an awesome glass (or bottle) of wine, extra servings of your favorite ‘clean’ food, whatever ….

No reason NOT to enjoy the fruits of life … literally.

First of all thank you for asking about my health :rose:...

Physically I am good. I was little tender in my Gluteus Medius/Minimus area & generally speaking Adductors/Hamstrings but nothing proper stretching couldn't get rid of, plus 1st day or training after the 3 weeks of not hitting all these dang musckles, I welcome it :) I never 'get sore' though, really really sore from training, only time I remember is a few days after 1st Leg day of Shadow Project, I was walking so funny & couldn't sit on the toliet seat... I distinctly remember a comment in my log about being rode hard & put up wet or something :lmao: but after that, NOTHING ... until I popped the sprinting cherry & decided to run stairs lol (circa Training Partner time) :) hahahahahaha ... THAT was fun!

My neck is still stiff, I am still tensing my shoulders, unconsciously rolling my shoulders forward & hunching ... I adjust, sit up straight *popity pop pop pop*, roll neck from side to side *pop pop* & start all over again with holding proper posture. It's so annoying. ( I did it 3 X already that I was able to catch just proof reading this :rolleyes: )

After taking the tape off my feet, it felt like when I use to have my ankle taped in soccer, or when you remove an ace bandage or Band-Aid ... the skin can breath... again no sense of noticeable relief other then minor things here & there. But that can easily be written off as positive feelings associated with finally weight training after 21 days off, gratification from finally having an appetite & not only being able to keep foods down without getting sick or feeling sick but eating foods not conducive to my regular diet (i.e way of eating) & no subsequent feeling like I was hit by a truck, no soar stomach, no fever, no chills, no :sick: etc… (little test yesterday of throwing in a cheat after 8 days of eating hella clean [for me], also helped nip some cravings in the bud, both emotional & physcial, all while serving as a medium for a mini allergy experiment :D 3 birds = 1 stone = works for me )

Every day is a rough mental day here. That’s all I’ll say about that. :rose:
Hmmm.... So no real noticeable anything from the accupuncture. My friend's sister had it done and it helped her to get pregnant (miracously said the doctors). So... maybe it will take some time?!?! I dunno... Never had it done.

I always seem to be able to make myself sore.. unless I get bored with training and start getting worn out, because I just don't focus and when I don't focus I don't feel it.

I agree with the cheats also... I just need to control them a bit more and get invited to less functions!!!

Time for some kitty love all up in here!! (notice the red-ish kitty) Pizza sounds yummy but wish you were feeling closer to 100% or even 92%......I need to buy some apples - sounding darn good right about now..... :p
