It’s 10:30 am & crave pizza! Glad my appetite seems to be back & rather ravenous the last two days!!!
I took the tape off my feet last night & wow did it feel weird to have it off … better now though. Another gorgeous day outside today

Nothing where I can’t raise or my arms or am walking funny … I think I’m going to hit up this routine 3 days this week & see how it goes. Cardio on the AM weather permitting of course*** Walk to store & back – ~25 minutes

Workout Rating: 4 - Giving it a score because the walk I did take was very satisfying & enjoyable
Mental Day Rating: 8.5 - Higher & very happy giddy throughout the whole entire day, my abs even got a workout from all the laughing I did today ...
Bod Rating: 7 - Just a little bit tender from yesterday's workout but feel great...
Overall Day rating: 6.5 - The lack of a 'workout' took it down a little but I can say "today was a good day ... "
