One thing to remember, is that dnp - dinitrophenol - - dinitrophenol - does not "burn fat". It makes carbs useless to your cells and releases the carbs energy as heat, causing calorie restriction. You could acheive the same effect by severely cutting calories and using an appetite suppressant.
i did (actually still do but not as much) do that with the first month or so on the pgcl.
which is probably why it worked so well on me shredding the excess.
this is a trial run.
i have it planned to the exact day with how much, how often, meals, working out (if i can), fluids, etc.
i will not venture from it, because i want to know exactly what caused what to happen on this stuff.
i'm not starting at 400 or even going anywhere near 750mg at all.
i'm starting small at a 100 for about 5 days, then 200 for 5 days.
if everything is fine, and i feel i can continue. then i will go 300 for 5 days.
and again at the end of that 5, if i feel well enough, i will go only 5 more at 400, maybe back to 200 depending on how i react.
i only plan the 10 days of low dose.
if the stuff i got is tolerable, i still wont go over 20 days
and 300 is really the max i plan to hit if all goes well.
the 400 will only happen if i have had no bad reactions at all.
i'm stocking up one gallon jugs of water and a little crystal light to flavor it some.
meals are set and waiting in the fridge/freezer.
i'm ok with taking a couple weeks off of the gym, i need a break anyways, its been a while since my last one.
everything is set as far as i can tell.
i have notes galore to reference to.
i'm more prepared for this little cycle than i've ever been with any other cycle.
i know this stuff is bad news, if done wrong, and sometimes even when done right.
all i can do is monitor myself and the first negative sign i encounter, i'll quit.....unless i'm dead, then i guess i'll quit then too
when its finished, i'll give a full report on my stats if anyone is interested.
i start the 3 carb depletion meal days on monday.
thurs. i overload the carbs early in the day.
fri. i begin 1 pill a day for 5 days, and so on and so on.
