A cycle at 40% BF?

Ok so im thinking in starting a cycle at 40% bf, I am 6.2, 30 years old but i have a very big frame, and i do a lot of excercise including 3 days a week weights, one hours boxing everyday (real aerobic workout) and 30min runing after weights. On saturdays i run 10 miles or 1:45 at a regular pace. I do have a lot of endurance and my body frame is built, i do have fat in the midle part of my upper body but in general that is the only part because my body is well defined.

My diet is pretty healthy but im starting a very clean one this week, no starches or can stuff, only real food and super clean. Should i wait or can i just start the cycle.

Im planing on a pure test cycle first with pct.
 
Your going to find the sides from AS are much worse at 40%. High Blood pressure and bloating due to higher levels of aromatization. I'd say at least 25% for your own benefit.

To be honest. I'm not far behind you bro. But I would have to say don't until you're at or near 25. It will be more beneficial for you than doing it now. Health wise also. Do you have high bloodpressure now?
If you're dead set on it then I'd do only a 250mg/wk of sust. just to increase your levels just slightly which will help with the weight loss also.
 
Yea the more i research the more i get that i need to losse the fat first. I was just putting it out there here with the bros.

I will wait and since im starting a clean diet with all the excercise i do, i think in a couple of months or a year i will be ready to go.

great to see people actually heed advice. honestly you will be much happier if you wait. Pics would help us see where you are at and can give you some suggestions.
 
Well i do know that i work out a lot and, believe me, i sweat a lot. I think is my diet, im starting a very clean diet today, no eating out or things like that.
 
are you shurrrrr ur bf is THAT high? what method was used to arrive at this percentage?
 
You should wait bro. If you have 40% BF,you are prone to many sides with AAS.
Go wisit our fine dietsection,and i`ll bet some bros will be glad to help you out.
 
I also don't think that u would be at 40% if you are as active as you say you are. Maybe your method of calculation is not accurate. What I found is that those home scales that supposedly calculate your % is actually basing it on you BMI which is totally different.
 
no way youre 40%. no way. you maybe in the mid to high 20's but 40% you would not be able to walk up a flight of stairs without stopping for some ho ho's and cholcolate milk. especially if its 6 or more stairs.

Bingo. You can't trust those things. Go by that and many guys who are 10% are considered "morbidly obese."
 
I disagree with some of the above. lol.
At 40% you some people can run and have half decent stamina, etc. I've been there.

But looking at your pics, you don't look like 40%. I was at 6'2", 40% and you look alot leaner then I did.
 
Really, that's what i been wanting to hear from some people like you who actually did it. I don't know if i am 40% but i do excercise, i can run 2 hours at 5mph without stoping and still do some rope jumping and i figure i could add a nice cycle to grow muscle and lose fat, but i want to be very sure about it.

How was your cycle when you run it? any sides? what did you run?.
 
I think you're in the high 20's in BF.

Yea, I'd agree. Maybe mid-20's.

I actually haven't done a cycle yet. I figured I'd wait until I was low enough where I'd actually see the results. I'm around mid-20's right now and going to do my first light cycle.
 
The following is just my opinion. I was once your bodyfat (when I went off to college I knew nothing of diet and was that size for a few years just taller). I did not cycle simply becuz I had no source but I definetely would of. I think any type of steriod will help you gain alot of strength and muscle. It is not all about being skinny and looking cute for the girls. I bet my life if you take a cycle and do cardio and lift hard you will be very happy and gain a ton of self confidence. You will also gain muscle and loose fat. The following is my beg cycle if I was you right now.

Week 1-10 test e ranging from 250 to 500mg's
Week 5-11 t-bol or winstr correct dosage
PROPER PCT AFTER
 
Bro, give us an idea of your diet. You must be eating some serious crap and in large quantities to maintain that bf with that amount of excercise you're doing.
 
I really don't know, i measure my bodyfat with the treadmill thing for bodyfat. Here are some pics so you guys can see how is my body type and how much fat i have.

You can make a drastic change in that body in 3 months time by doing 30 mins of morning cardio on an empty stomach first waking up,after a 12 hr fast from your last evening meal.The Body will burn fat because thats all it can do is dip into those fat stores to burn for fuel.

Get 1& 1/2 gram of protein for every lb of bodyweight,eat 5-7 smaller servings thruout the day as this helps keep your metabolism elevated.And make sure protein is included in those meals.
Stay away from processed foods.

Great advice. With that same advice, I have lost 40 lbs since january and put on an unbelievable amount of muscle. I'm walking around with 6 pack abs right now and all my friends are still awwing when I take my shirt off now. Eat clean bro, work hard, and do that morning cardio and it will melt off. Good luck bro.
 
Well i have tried the 5-6 meal thing for like 3 months, i have been experimenting with diets and i can say by experience that the 5-6 meal thing does not work for me, i get too lethargic during the day and believe me, i have tried a nice diet (i will post one day as an example here) and now i started a clean diet based on 2000-2500 calories so i can loose the excess fat. I don't know if this is right but what works for me is nice 3 meals with some at least two snacks in between.

This was my diet just last week (this week i went back to my three meal, two snacks thing):

1st Meal: Chicken Breast, 1 egg (whole), 1 cup frozen veggies.
Calories: 430

2nd Meal: 1 Tuna Serv, Mayo 1 Serv, Green salad.
Calories: 200

Snack: Cottage Cheese ½ cup, ½ apple, honey ½ tablespoon.
Calories: 200

3rd Meal: Turkey Breast (5 Ounces), ½ green pepper, 1 zucchini, 2 celery, green salad 7 cups.
Calories: 339

4th Meal: Salmon Fillet (5 ounces), Salad 7 cups.
Calories: 280

5th Meal: ½ chicken breast, 2 celery, 1 med tomato, green salad 5 cups.
Calories: 210
 
I now eat three meals and two snacks, for example today it went like this (today was cardio day).

Breakfast:
7lbs steak, one potatoe with cottage chesse and green salad.
Protein
MultiVitamin

40min Treadmill at 5mph

Noon snack:
one banana and one apple.

Lunch:
Chicken Breast salad.
Protein.

Snack:
Two peanut butter(natural) whole wheat sandwishes
2 cups of milk

30min treadmill at 5mph

Dinner:
Two turkey sandwishes (light whole wheat, light turkey, tomato and lettuce).

I hope the 7 lbs steak was a typo. If not, you deserve a T-Shirt after every one of those. Maybe needto can fix you up with one.
 
I dontthink that you are even near 40%bf.. I say this because, if you can run 10 min. you are not at 40% bf
Agree 40 percent body fat is very very very overweight and you wouldnt even have energy to go workout like you say you are doing. I say your around 28 percent.
 
? how much do you weigh ? Also go over to the diet section give them your stats and macros for the last 2 weeks and they will help you fix something up to cut bf.
 
Lol....Dude..I'm known for eating 4 lbs of meat a day and if you could actually fit a 7lbs steak in you that would make you my hero. That would be like eating a small girls leg.
 
Do what Radar said and move your cardio before your breakfast. Wake up, drink a cup of black coffee and do your 40 minutes. Then eat.

When do you lift?
 
Ok everyone is saying that im not at 40%, that it looks like im more in the 25-28% category, is it cool to do a cycle of Winstrol or test at that percentage?.
 
After lots of excercise i think im ready for a cycle, im 16% bf, do you guys thonk i can do a nice basic cycle now?
