Ok so im thinking in starting a cycle at 40% bf, I am 6.2, 30 years old but i have a very big frame, and i do a lot of excercise including 3 days a week weights, one hours boxing everyday (real aerobic workout) and 30min runing after weights. On saturdays i run 10 miles or 1:45 at a regular pace. I do have a lot of endurance and my body frame is built, i do have fat in the midle part of my upper body but in general that is the only part because my body is well defined.
My diet is pretty healthy but im starting a very clean one this week, no starches or can stuff, only real food and super clean. Should i wait or can i just start the cycle.
Im planing on a pure test cycle first with pct.
