Right around 1:12 or so you can hear a black girl egging on the black fellow to go beat the white guy. You can hear the thrill in her voice in the anticipation of YT getting a beat down. In fact the camera even captures the sound of her punching the seat (?).

Black dude wasn't really physically aggressive at all. Maybe he would've been if the white dude had been smaller, who knows. Looks like the worst he ever did was give the white dude a little push and that was after a whole lotta mutual smack talking. Also, a single pop in the face was all that was warranted.
