5x5 with some mod...tell me if ok

I was thiking of doing that program for like 2months and see what going on if i get alot of gain and stuff

Monday:
Squat
Bench
Row

Tuesday:
Full arms
Shrugs

Wednesday:
Deadlift
Military
pulldown

Thursday:OFF

Friday:
Squat
Bench
Row

Saturday:
Full arms ( cause i have 3 day without doing em..)

nevermind that suck. The only Reason that i'm trying to change the 5x5 is because iwanan add triceps and biceps hahaha ;\

dont be gay

add in some pull ups (although if you really need to, do curls) and dips once a week for your tri/bi fetish
 
If you need to work your arms together, here's a workout plan you can use:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders, Traps
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Bis, Tris, Forearms
Day 6: REST
Day 7: REST
Day 8: Repeat

In case you(which you most likely didn't) didn't read the page containing the 5x5 info, I'll restate the idea behind it here;

Don't fuck with the 5x5, do it as is.

And I suggest actually reading the primer and entire page.
