5 Minutes of your time for 5 years of MIne, Please HELP....

I juiced primo 250 a year ago and made great gains. Well a new job and a whole bunch of other shit changed and now a year later my arms have shrunk to 14 inches, and my waist is fatter than ever. I woke up this morning and almost puked when I realized Ive become the skinny fat guy. Please help. I have made out a great work out program, but need help with the diet and suppliments. I am thinking of taking eca, creatine, flax seed oil and ala. any advice on other sups I should take. Next, on diet i am drinking 3 isopures a day, morning, lunch after work out and one big meal a day for dinner. Any advice on whats worked for you would be very helpful, From the skinny fat dude, Thanx
 
20mins of cardio 3 X wk has always helped my workouts. also flax oil,Etc. , RADAR
 
The best fat burning technique ( outside of DNP) is to take ECA stack on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, 30 min prior ro cardio.

Do cardio .5 to 1 hour and do not eat breakfast for at least one hour after.

In addition, Train hard, keep carbs down and get 1.5 grams of protein per lbs of bodyweight.

Nothing can supplement for determination and hard work, keep at it, and it'll work out fine.
 
Currently I am not eating carbs, and getting real cut, have liquidex but it gave me a rash,

The best long term supplement I have used is clen, 21 days on 7 off for 3 months then 14 days on DNP.

I would recommend you not eat carbs, at all for one month, take clen as above and nail the cardio, you will see immediate results.
 
my main peice of advise is to drop this supplement crap. food should make up the bulk of your diet, not supps. supps are just there if there is no way you cant eat food...or to add on to the existing food..like a mass gainer shake after you cant shove down any more carbs.
 
An 8 week cycle of sust and dbol, say 250mg per 5 days sust and 20-30mg per day dbol will have your arms at 16, and waist around 33... you'll get it all back and stand a good chance of keeping it.

(I assume your arms were at 16 and waist was abou 33 before life events messed things up)

I have been in your situation..

Get in the gym now.. start an 8wk cycle as above..

high protein/mod carb/low fat diet will do wounders for your body

include cardio, along with wieght training, DONT OVERTRAIN----biggest enemie of not just natural BB but also a juiced up one

keep protein up to 1.5g/lb of bodyweight, carbs .75-1g/lb of bodyweight, fats low and only healthy ones

for protein eat chicken, eyeround steaks, tuna, turkey

for carbs stick with potatoes, brown rice, whole grain breads
 
PS, dont gear-up until you have gotten back into solid training/dieting routine, no matter what any1 tells you,
 
First loose some of that gut! then hit up a fina\prop-eq\winny cycle for 10 weeks and you'll be looking better than ever.
