PS, dont gear-up until you have gotten back into solid training/dieting routine, no matter what any1 tells you,

THIS FEELING NEEDS TO BE CHALLENGED> ITS YOUR OPINION and should be labelled as such.

Gear can be great for those that have had layoffs... it can restore confidence and motivation. You can gaurantee confidence and motivation are missing in a shrunken former bodybuilder who now has normal arms...

Juice now.. thank me later.. IMO.

I agree with serge on this one, don't start using gear again untill you have settled into your routine. Everything starts with a good diet(wish i could give you one, but you gotta do that on for yourself) then comes the training, then say after a year or so, research and plan a good cycle.

P.S. I can't believe some of the people on this board are suggesting you start a cycle after being out of the game that long! Come on guys!

No, this is a bad idea. If you juice up now, your strength and previous muscle mass will return much faster than they climbed when you were on juice before. The problem is that (like a newbie to juice) your tendons and joints are not accustomed to the increased load and you can be injured very easily or develop very bad tendonitis - this is compounded by the fact that your joints aren't accustomed to any load from not training for so long and your strength increases will be pronounced. I've seen this happen many times in the past and few are able to resist pushing themselves and just doing high reps with nominal increases to spur new muscle growth.

You need 2 months at a minimum (and that is minimum as you should probably train till you are close to previous strength levels - sometimes 4-5 months depending upon your previous level).

JC21 is right on the money foget all these supplements..

Train at least 1 month drug free with Cardio My advice: Don't goon a strict diet riht away, alow yourself soe room for eating good food. No fast food junk. Every meal should be have somesot of lean meat.

Than you can talk about strict dieting and drugs.
