I'm the pro on here when it comes to tren, no one else has studied it like I have nor has as much recent experience with it.
if you want to run a calorie restricted diet tren is actually a piss poor choice, tren actually will de-hydrate you and also effect your glycogen levels and blood sugar. you won't be able to run a keto diet on it for that reason.. if you do then you will feel a lot of dizziness and feel like absolute shit like what many guys report. which makes running it pointless if you cannot get enough energy to even hit the gym hard. trust me I have tried tren on all kinds of diets, you have less sides and more energy on tren when you EAT on it. clean eating, but you will need calories on it.
if you truely want a calorie restrictive AAS then go with primo. thats the best one to use
but I again will tell you to build a better base. 5 8 and 161 pounds is tiny bro.. and that is after 2 cycles. you should be in the 180's or more by now with 14% body fat.. now if you were trimmed up and 8% body fat then i would say it would be fine.. but 14% body fat means you don't have very much muscle mass so need to hit the weights harder
if you keep running cycles and stay at 160 then eventually you are gonna have to stop being stubborn and change something about what you are doing so might as well start now
