if someone is using the 40mg ip tabs when is the best time to take the one tab, before a workout, after a workout or first thing in the morning? is it ok to take with food?

Im FAIRLY sure you're supposed to take it with food, and before your workout. hope this helps.

just take the whole tab first thing in the morning. This makes the chance of suppressing natural test lower (since the 9-hour half life mean not much of the drug is in the system when the body releases LH in the early morning).

i agree. i was wondering also about the length of time that ox can be detected in urine. i've seen info that says from 1-3 weeks after last dose. anyone know any different?
