Been trolling EF for 3 years now and every year i been getting stronger and gaining easier when i want to. Bottom line is without this site i prolly would have done 3 (messy) cycles to date - as of now i haven't done any and I'm finally planning on my first and think after years of researching and playing wth my own potential using others dieting techniques and training schedules i'm ready and very confident about it.
