what is the suspened part of the lift? set the pins reall high and pause?

well it would be nice if i had some chains but i put the bar on the pins..so its a concentric only GM..

and no the pins are not high its set from about parallel using a wide stance..if i stand up straight the bar is at my navel..with the bar resting on teh pins you get under it and lift..pretty simple :)

my problem with these (paused gms) are that my form always sucks on the way up, kinda half-squat style. i need to stay moving to keep good form :)

these ive found are better for my dead..
i do reg Gm's as well..they are harder just need to make sure to get the weight on your heels

i'm just throwing some random question at ya...do you think front squats are benefical for dl and reg. squat?

they have helped me out..i havent done them in about a month and a half..but when i did do them my reg squat went up..i havent done full pulls in a long time so i cant say but they should be beneficial
