370 x 5 Dead Lift video please critique

Here is a video of my 370 x 5 Deadlift from yesterday, it was a new PR lift for me.

My bodyweight was 195 with shoes on at the gym.

Please have a look at it and don't hold back on the comments, I want to know what I am doing wrong and right.

The camera is placed on a bench, the gym is on the second floor so when I drop the weight you can see the camera shake, it's weird as I don't feel the floor shake when doing the lift.

My camera only has 29 seconds of video as the memory is small. it cuts out just before the lockout of my last rep. for the last rep I like to hold it for a second or 2 while it's up there, it feels good.

A few things I picked up on myself are.

1. My shoulders are way over the bar, I need to keep my shoulders right inline with the bar and pull back more.

2. My upper shoulder/back strength is still not good as my shoulders are coming forward which makes my upper back look rounded.

3. I'm not sure if I get my ass low enough. It feels low enough but looking at the vid it seems it should be lower maybe?

On a plus I think my speed up is decent for a PR lift.

Also note the height of the squat rack safety bars, it's on the right side of the picture.

looks fine to me, I wouldnt overthink the DL too much.. all those form tweaks might help but I've had my best pulls when I just ripped the damn bar off the floor. My hips don't duck down much when I do heavy pulls either

Good lift, looks like you have a lot more in you too

I am looking for other places to host it but can;t find anything decent. and putfile keeps timing out.

What's wrong with flash?

My main concern is my back being straight, do you think it was ok in that vid? It seems kind of rounded at the middle and I'm not sure if it's becasue my shoulders aren't back enough.

I hope so, the last 2 reps were feeling quite heavy, especially the last one. I would like to get 4 plates aside for 5 reps soon (hopefully).

Just wait till I post my squat video and you can all watch me struggle with a pitiful 240 x 5, lol.

I currently have a bodyweight of 195 by the way. Probably 10lbs of beerbelly, lol.
