i could prob do it with a couple breaks i got the strength part down. Is that whole thing suppose to be done continuous with no breaks or can u do sets?
I can deadlift 405 for 20 reps, squat 405 for 26 reps(I about dropped from lack of breath after my set!!). My normal pullup routine on back day is 50 reps, usually divided up into 4-5 sets until 50 is reached. 50 pushups? not too hard. Clean and press w/ 36 lbs? Oh damn, thats killer huh? Dude, I know you may find this hard to believe, but there are guys out there who are a lot bigger than Leunitis from 300. also, consider the fact that the camera adds about 20 lbs to you, these were not big guys. they had decent definition but these were not bodybuilders, they were actors who went through a quick conditioning regimen, not a bodybuilding one w/ heavy resistance.
and by the way non of the actors did that workout. that was created afterwords. If you goto the 2nd video link u posted goto the 2nd video and watch it, it shows how they actually worked out
