I like jumping rope for cardio, easier on the joints. They had an olympic event in Greece called the Hoplite run, basically it was a sprint in full hoplite armor.gjohnson5 said:I'm gonna have to do more cardio , but I think that workout as well as PT is more metabolic / cardio intensive. But incorporating this with small meals between sets of training might be very helpful in building muscle along side cardio vascular fitness.
