3 Weeks and still no weight gain on SUST250

this is good to know because i have just started sus and don't know what to expect. i just started the other day and have actually lost a couple lbs.
 
just chill it takes time, I was too verry anxious my first cycle, waiting for it to kick in, lol I would do body weight X 20 for bulking and keep recalculating that as you gain weight to keep the gains coming.
 
you are only three weeks in.

Come back at week seven. If you STILL haven't made gains THEN worry....you are jumping the gun
 
Post this up again in 3-4 more weeks, if it's legit, you'll have changed your tune and spread karma and cheer to everyone backin' you...
 
if you have added 20% in strength gains then the size is right around the corner. hopfully you'll stay lean since there is no bloat yet...but its stil early
 
a 5 percent strength would be amazing to me.....sust gains are 5 pounds in body weight the 1st week than holding till week 5.after that all depends on what i eat and how hard i train but the results always go(upwards) good noticably.
 
I usually start my cycle when I am at consistent weight range that only deviates a small amount when I measure it first thing in the morning.

Then I start the cycle. I do not change my diet for the first 5-7 days.

By the end of 5-7 days, I will usually see 3-4 pounds. This is with Deca.

This gives me confidence that my stuff isn't bunk.

Probably would work well when running anything that causes water retention - deca, test, dbol.

I would have held off on the nolvadex and a-dex for the first week to see if weight went up. If it did ,then you can add them in.
