2nd Cycle suggestions

For this you need to have patience!!!! And lots of it before you run your next cycle.

Instead of focusing so much on either dropping body fat or gaining muscle focus on both!!!!! Thats right you can do both with proper diet and intense weight training.

That is the message we are trying to get across to you. You said you were 220 and dropped to 200 with 18% body fat still?

Even in a "bulk" you should never let your body fat go over i say 10-12 %.

This is why you need to work on your training and your diet. A good bulk diet is not eating whatever you want and turning into a fat ass! You still have to eat clean and train hard!

My suggestion to you would be trying to stay at 200 lbs but slowly reverse your body composition. In the next 35-45 weeks if you really do train hard and eat clean there is no reason that you can go from 200 at 18% to 200 at 9-10% or maybe even lower. Your 21!!!!!! This is easily doable.

So stay off the juice my friend until you can do this because obviously your diet and training are not in check and you will just be wasting your time money and health.

I say health because it is not healthy to drop 50 lbs in a very short amount of time then try to bulk it right back on with a diet that obviously sent your bf soaring. Do you have any idea what this is doing to your heart?

Do me a favor and look up LVH before you attempt to do this to your self. Putting on that much weight at one time is detrimental to your health.

Thanks for taking your time to write such an extensive responce. So you mean I should recomp? thats obviously very hard l0l ! but my diet atm is really strict with one cheat day every 14th day, 30 mins empty stomach cardio, 6 meals less than 50g of carbs, going well. I had put on about 60 lbs in about a year. So wasn;t a dramatic gain, however my last bulk ( on gear) I went from 189 lbs 20% bf - 222 lbs 23% bf, With gaining 1' inch on the waist.

189-220? Ok let me explain I compete in the NPC as a light heavy or heavy depending on the show I weigh in offseason around 210-212lb solid muscle light water retention I'm 25 5'7" contest I drop to 199-201lb not that drastic. I would agree with the above when saying heavy weight gain and drastic weight loss is not healthy and eventually not aesthetically pleasing think of how much ur skin is stretching every time you do it.

Im saying you really need to take a step back and re-evaluate the situation.

Saying that your diet and training is on check just because you do x,y,z doesnt mean your diet and training are on check because if it was then we would not be having this conversation.

60 lbs in a year is very very very very drastic. What makes you think that this is not a drastic weight gain?

Even if you cycled the whole year and the drugs had their maximum potential for the full 52 weeks you would still be shy around 8 pounds!!!!!!!

Does this make sense? Idk if we are getting through to you because you keep just saying your diet and training are on check.

Another remark. If you were doing the things you said you were doing then you should be loosing body fat. And you should of lost a lot of body fat by now. And if your diet and training were on check before starting gear then there is no reason that you should of gone from 189 at 20% to 200 at 10%. If you can not do this then your diet and training are not on check.

Another thing. No shit recomping is hard!!!!!!!!!! But hard work is what is going to give the results. The results that you have obviously not been seeing. During your first cycle you should of dropped a lot more body fat than you did if your diet was clean. In my first cycle I went from 220 12% to 255 10%. After wards dropped back down to 245 but also got the bf down to 9%

I am saying this for your health. What you are doing is not healthy especially for your heart.

You cycled gear at 20% body fat????? Do you have any idea how hard your heart had to work during this time?

Did you even research LVH like I told you to?

Please do me a favor and actually consider not typing another word because the words that come out of your mouth are nothing but denial that you are doing nothing wrong,,,,,but the serious part of the manner is that you are doing something very very wrong.

Look at Andreas Munzer. He was in contest condition most of the year around even in his bulking phase. Anybody can do it if you are strict and regimented with your diet and workout. He was the most ripped and serrated bodybuilder of all time. regardless of the gear he was on it is still possible. get you bf down to sub 15% then come back to us.
