I'm sure Bunny will be here to save the day. :) But in the meantime, you need to eat way more to lose the bodyfat. Increase the meals from 3 to 6, add some protein shakes and EFA's as well.

9 am- 1 cup steel cut oats
4-6 egg whites
1 Tbs. Olive Oil

12:30 Grilled Chicken
Steamed Veggies w. 1 Tbs. Flax Oil
1/2-1 cup brown rice or 2 slices whole wheat bread

3:00 Whey Protein Shake
1-2 Tbs. All Natural Peanut Butter or Flax Oil

6:00 Chicken, Lean Beef, Turkey Fish....
Steamed Veggies or Salad w Flax Oil
Yams

9:00 Cottage Cheese with Almonds/Natural Peanut Butter
or another Whey Protein Shake with Flax Oil

Just a sample to get you started. What you posted looks like around 1000 calories putting you in starvation mode. Should be around 2000, slightly more for your size.

Forget about Xenical. Clen I wouldn't bother with until you get down to around 12-15 % bodyfat. Focus on diet, weight training and cardio for now. Maybe add an ephedrine based supplement once everything else is in place and you're losing bodyfat at a steady pace.

I Am Looking To Lose 60lbs By June And Was Thinkin Clen...any Ideas To Help Speed Up My Loss?

You need to eat more for starters :) You need to eat and eat often (every 2-3 hours) to get that metabolism burning.

Some questions...

Do you drink?

How often will you cheat if ever?

How much water are you drinking?

How dedicated are you? How BAD do you want this? Diet is going to be one of the MAJOR players here. # 1 Diet # 2 Training # 3 Supplements

Do you have any medical issues that we should be aware of?

Do you currently work out at all? Cardio? Weights? If so, what when why how and how much :)

SO main goal FAT LOSS ... but you don't wanna burn up all that muscle you do have either by not feeding your body properly. More muscle more cals burned.

DIET -
If you can, put your meal plan into a food counter program like www.fitday.com so you REALLY see what you are eating - how much & what is the total macronutrient breakdown (protein / fat / carb).

Here is a list of Sample Diets to give you some ideas of structure to get an idea of what to eat.

Here is a list of Clean Foods if you want some variety.

Clen is not a good choice for you at this time. If you want a good fat burner opt for one or more of the following from the afstore: Thermorexin, Cardio Breeze, Sesapure, Glucorell.

Brief Overview: NOT that you have to get All of them..

Thermorexin is great for fat loss & contains an appetite suppressant.

Cardio Breeze is good for that AM cardio *boost* & also a great fat burner, just not as potent as T-Rex.

With overeating Sesapure is recommended, but also has other benefits than 'wasting excess calories’... One cap 2-3 X a day if fine for a regular diet.

Glucorell is a fantastic supplement period. It helps your body use the carbs more efficiently & great for cheat meals.

The use of supplements depends on your goals and how much money you have really. They can help speed up the process to an already established diet & training program.

Thanks Bunny! Any Info On Drinking Liquid Carbs Before A Workout Like Say A Red Bull??
This is completely an individual decision & often a topic of debate.

But the only thing I like to mix RedBull with is vodka ...

You'll only know if it works if you try it :)

I have my ISO + Gatorade Pre & Post workout. Seems to be working well so far. :)

^^ LOL... nice one!

Post up the nutritional break down of a red bull (the whole label if u can find it).

Yeah! Gator + Protein + Glutamine is my pre/post :D Good stuff.

I bought the large powder gatorade from a bulk supermarket, i think it'll take a year to go through it, lol.

very cute lol ;) (thank you)

damn dont even need to help here, great answers guys/gals.

But instead of the Redbull for energy, why not
a Redline? it has more thermogenic ingrediants...

GOODLUCK with your journey, u have some serious advice here, read and read and read.

Curious as what this would this be?

Congrats on the loss... love when it's water shed time :)

even if it is water, 14lbs in 6 days sounds crazy. just be careful, losing alot of weight really fast is not always a good thing. The weight tends to come back, and the weight lost usually includes alot of muscle.

^^ careful... give the skin time to adjust too. You don't want to weight 80lbs lighter and be embarased to take off your shirt because of excess skin.
- This may be a reason to focus on lifting heavy weights and building up a thick base of muscle underneath there.

Thanks Sgt! When Doing My Sets Do I Go From Light To Heavy Or Heavy To Light. Example

225x8
250x6
275 4
Or
150x15
225x30
250x45

I Am Saying In General...whats The Better Way Low Weight High Reps And Move Up On The Next Set Less Reps Or Opposite?

^^ I honestly think this depends on YOUR goals & is completely subjective. If that is a suggestion by Mr. X I'm sure there is a reason behind it.

^^ very true.

At 310lbs ( I know you're not anymore though) You have ALOT of skin... and a suggestion to avoid maxmium excess skin hanging would be to build up alot of muscle under there using heavy weight low reps to fill out your frame.

more muscle = faster metabolism = burn more calories at rest = less cardio needed with proper diet.

Just a suggestion.

Could be - losing water, getting the body in balance by eating clean, adding some exercise. Some are right on the edge of 'unhealthy weight' and changing/cleaning up stuff tips them over.

HOWEVER, with losing at that rate be VERY careful that you don't drop into starvation mode. If you: start losing energy, can't lift as much as you used to, body temperature starts to drop, then up your clean calories. No good in the long run to 'yo-yo' by taking off all your metabolic muscle - makes it harder to KEEP it off!
