if i were dictator of the US I'd make it mandatory all women be put on some type of birth control as soon as they hit puberty up until they show proof that they can sufficiently financially provide for themselves and have enough cash left over to provide for a child, either single or combined income with a spouse/boyfriend.

Think of all the children it would stop being born into poverty and subsequentially delving into crime. Think of all the toddlers found dead or abused it would prevent. Think of all the taxpayer money it would save.

But I'm sure I'd be a bad guy cause I'd be preventing freedom of something. But seriously this is one of those rare times when absolute freedom just really should be clamped down on just a bit depending on the overall social situation.

Suppose we changed the criteria arbitrarily to prevent people like you from having kinds.

After all, where is the great contribution you have made? It probably does not exist. You probably never even created a job. Loser. Why do we need more people like you? You're just some jackass on a chat board after all.

The only cost of behavior like this is giving away tax dollars to pay for supporting these people. Why do you so readily accept the idea of telling other [ppeople what they should and should not do. If it was practiced on you, you would piss and moan.

Thereis nothing inerently wrong with having 11 kids. The wrong arises when you cannot take responsibility for your actions. The cost to others arise because bird-brains like you deicded we should give away moneytaken from others to people ike this woman with 11 kids.

Now the same bird-brains like you want to prevent the very behavior you incenitivized.

There're rich people with 6-7 kids easily and you never hear of them in the newspaper. Then you have the trailer park trash type with 11 kids sucking welfare, charities and God only knows what else. to most of these welfare moms, having another kid is just getting a raise anyway. So, every year they go get themselves a raise...and the taxpayers pay for it.

Need more money? Have another kid so the state will give you more money.
