so heres my stats 26 5'10 190 around 11% bodyfat. before i started this cycle i was 225lbs and around 18% bodyfat.

If this is true, you're cycle has produced poor results. You have lost 19.6lbs of fat, but you have also lost 15.4lbs of lean muscle.

Not trying to be condescending or anything like that, but why is there a growing trend for cycles that are so complex, and the complexity seems to be growing by day. And here i was, thinking about adding test E to my beast/diesel cycle, something like this comes along and all sort of weird thoughts enters my head and screws my plans. LOL.

If losing 15lbs of muscle works, then it indeed works for you.

At your height and starting weight. If your eating the right foods and training up to par to get the most out of the drugs your using and for as long as you have been on.....I would think you would be at least 215.
