1st shot of prop/tren ace blend and i feel like i got run over by a truck?

is this possible have a prop 100mg/tren ace 75mg blend did 1/2 mg shot or 50/37.5 for first shot and next day had extreme fatigue--felt like i hadnt slept in a week

also started zero carb diet same day--i know that could have contributed to how i felt but--i wasnt hungry just completely totally fatigued

a little caffiene before training helps but if its that bad you may want to look into other things....like seeing a doc asap...best of luck though bro
