1st Post 1st Cycle

I'm 22, 6'5", 190 lbs. been lifting for 3 years, and have gained 10 lbs in those 3 years, (not much muscle). Everyone in my family is tall, and thin. I would like to put on at least 20 lbs of muscle. My first thoughts on a cycle is:

wk 1-4 dbol 25mg/day
wk 1-12 sust 250
wk 6-8 hcg

wk 14-16 novadex


If this is a decent cycle, I would like to know. If not, I would like some direction on where to go. Feel free to answer on this thread, or e-mail me at [email protected]
 
Pretty solid first cycle but IMO you'd be much better off if you ran 500mg/Week of Sust instead of 250. Take advantage as it is your first. As for your lack of gains over the past 3 years, I bet you can attribute that to your diet. It is by far the most important aspect in bodybuilding. What does your typical daily meal plan look like ?

I like Solidspines cycle and I would save the HCG for your PCT. 12 week cycles you do not need a boost midway IMO.
 
have you considered at least a low dose AI during cycle. ALso clomid is much better established for PCT.

would also run 500mg T/week (even the JAMA studies used 600mg).
 
Yup at least 500mg test. The test/deca stack solidspine showed ya would blow ya up. Get and AI for sure, because since it is your first cycle, you have no idea how you are going to react to it.
 
if you have only put on 10lbs in 3 yrs of training, chances are you dont eat correctly...

that problem will only be exaggerated while on cycle and you will probably loose the muscle that you gained when you come off

just trying to help you before you start the cycle...sounds like you need Cals

how are you the first one that brings that up??

3 years of lifting, 10 lbs of "not much muscle"

and you guys are encouraging a cycle for him??

If he has had such limited results in 3 years, how is a cycle going to do any long term good for him? Obviously his ability to eat and train correctly are non existent


My advice:
Read the training and diet forums... implement a new routine with proper diet, and see what happens in 8-10 weeks with NO juice

Sup Stang! He is 100% right here. 6'5" is a whole lot of frame. If you are not at 4000 Kcal daily with 400 grams protein you are not doing your job. Gear is just glue...you need building material to build a house.

just like Quad said.....only my anolgy differs...

you can have all the wood in the world to build a house, but nothing is staying together without the nails...

I have been taking in around 5k cal/daily, (weight gainer on top of that) 350g protein/daily, for the past 90 days. Thats when i put the 10 lbs on. lol not over the past 3 years, guess i worded that wrong.

14 weeks

1-12 week Test enthate 500 mgs ew
1-14 week boldenone undecanate 400-600 mg ew
1-14 week arimidex .5 mg ed
1-4 week d-bol 25 mg ed

pct

15-18 clomid 100 mgs ed nolva 20 mgs ed 500 iu hcg e3d

**Goal in mind 15-20lbs muscle**

My FIRST cycle exactly , except I used Deca upto week 10 instead of 12 since it last longer , and at 400mg as opposed to 500mg to keep test levels higher. and my dbol was 40mg per day , blew up like a fish haha , loved it though

Bro you will love this cycle if you havent already started it!
 
Until you've learned how to grow naturally, you're not serving yourself well by taking to gear. You've already posted that you gained ten pounds by increasing calories. Do it again. At 6'5" you have a lot of room to grow.

Post up in the training forum for some help with a routine and get that food into your system.

I agree, run test @ 500 mgs. You will blow up off that cycle bro, good luck! don't forget to eat like your life depends on it.
