I wouldn't say it's entirely bad advise, but most people us AI's on cycle and Serm's (selective estrogen receptor modulators) during PCT. Nolva and clomid are serms and aromasin,adex and letro are AI's.
Look around in the PCT forum, that will go over in extensive detail all these things that you seem to be not sure about.

250mg test e 1-14
400mg eq 1-14
you'd be amazed how much you grow off of that. deca is a bad choice for your first cycle

I don't think you can say deca is bad for a first cycle.
Along w/ some test it's a good first cycle IMO.

i think that a steroid that might require sexual aids like proviron and cialis is not a great first choice. personally i think you stay with just test or you go with something like eq with a maintenence dose of test. thats just my opinion. 500mg test with 250mg deca could be fine but i think its risky

True, but a lot of people are fine running deca, you gotta find out sometime how you react to it.
I'll be runnning PF npp next cycle. Can't wait for that, should be a good cycle.

pf npp is great stuff. i just can't reccomend a drug that will give many a limp dick for a first time. i think you get a feel for steroids start light and then you know what to do in a situation if you get deca dick or puffy nips from the deca. a newb gets these things he has no clue what to do. with test he is gonna be ok and with low test and eq he will too. no worries about libido or puffy nips that require more than just aromasin.
