basic gym shiz for now.. "curls" , "bench", "sqwat", "abs"thinking of doing a cycle but need to be more knowlegable and wanna get on a better diet
5'8'' 193lbs 12-13%BF. Just got back in traininng a month and half ago.
Went into the hospital at 197lbs @ 9%BF CAME OUT at 183lbs, went as low as 165lbs in the hospital. So i am pretty happy with the wieght gains so far, and not putting on much fat.
