dont know max lifts cos i dont care for them...at the moment i bench 225 for 8 reps 3 sets on flat, squating 225 for 20 4 sets...but thats 20 rep squats, can squat 285 for 10 (shit)...dont deadlift cos my lower back really hurts when i do.
Havent taken a cycle yet though, im 19 and intend to when i hit 20 ... sust 250 every 5 days and deca 400 every week, might frontload 500 mg testoviron in there for first week aswell to give an extra kick, cycle duration 10 weeks...will take clomid 2-3 weeks after last inject, take 2 tabs clen day on 'off cycle', (just to help keep some of the gains) cos its slightly anabolic, also keeping nolvadex on hand and might take proviron at week 7 for 3-4 weeks if i need it...
Hopefully i can fit in 3 bulking cycles then one cutting cycle and enter the british u21 title (thats my goal), guess it all depends what my receptors are like...train hard bye.
