Oh I just meant it's found be easy for an ex tenant to call code enforcement - he/she would need no special connections, just an available ear.

You should say of course people stop by my HOME office when I can't be reached else where.

Code enforcement is quite popular by me when neighbors get a bug up their butt about another neighbor and this sort of behavior is not limited to the "afforable" neighborhoods.
