I am 3 weeks into a test e/var cycle and 4 days ago decided to bump the var from 50 ed to 100 ed. I just finished what a mere mortal would call a shoulder workout.
After today with 50 grams of protein and 100 mg's of var 3 horus before my workout, I now call it "sky lifting".
I swear 225 on my power shrugs felt like a warmup weight. 315 was almost laughable and today, all eyes were on me. Granted I work out at the local senior center so anyone lifting over 15 lbs stands out but I digress.
I left the "den" as I like to call it looking like I had a himilayan spider monkey wrapped around my neck under my shirt. The trap and shoulder pump was the best I have ever had and I swear Ii gained an inch in just pump to my traps and shoulders. I think I may of tore my rotator cuff but the look in those jealous geriatric eyes......it was all worth it. Anyone that says var sucks is a fool....A FOOL I SAY!
