I believe it is about as orally available as 1AD, maybe a little more, but not as good as transdermal. When you ingest 100mg, there is a definite ephedrine like boost that takes place within about 15 minutes. You feel very strong, get hot and sweaty, and feel a bit pissed off. I don't know if the same can be said for 1AD, haven't tried it.

really? so 1-test is sub-par as a transdermal? that sucks. I wanted to by some from avant labs. What's the duration of 1-test orally? does anyone know?

I think you misinterpreted what I was saying. Transdermal is superior, and IMHO Avant Lab's ONE is the bomb. As far as half life of oral 1-test, I can imagine it would only be good for a couple of hours, going by feel that is.
