Heres a few random gym shots. I'm down a litle weight as i just came off about 4 weeks ago. Lemme know what you think. I think I definantly need to add some mass and im working hard on that.

Also, I think I realized a part of the reason of why I'm so lean. Before I really started bodybuilding heavy I was a boxer and ran 5 miles almost every day. Also, I'm a little bloated in those pictures...can't imagine if I were to ever cut down. Thanks again!

In those pics I'm about 175lbs I believe. I dropped some weight and damn that pissed me off. Plus being 6'2 makes me look thinner as well. :(

Lol thanks guys. The diet: I eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. The only thing i concentrate on is getting as many calories as I can per day. I dont watch what I eat, I just eat whatever I can get my hands on. The routine is changed out probably every 2 weeks or less. I do 3 excersizes per bodypart, 4-5 sets per excersize. I work out 5 days a week at about 3:00PM each day. Anything else?

lets beef it bro. Dbol test, deca and bannanas for you next cycle. You have great potential but your going to have to break your train of thought if you want to have big mass.

Nice work, but consider taking advice from other bros regarding putting some mass on your frame. I'm 4 inches shorter, outweigh you by 40 pounds, and I'm still a giant pussy. You have nice potential; but you need a new mentality. It's not that hard or fated. I started at 140lbs at 5'10" 6%BF and came up to now. You can DO IT MAN.
 
just some advice coming from another tall skinny guy.

When I started out about 10 years ago I was 6'2" and about 175, right now I am sitting in the neighborhood of 270 and trying to cut down to 250 for the summer. Here is what I suggest for you.

Eat 6 times a day trying to get at least 75 grams of protein per meal and jack up the carbs. Another thing write down what you eat I bet you don't get in as much as you think you do.

If you are doing any cardio stop it or you won't gain any decent amount of weight. Once or twice a week for 20 minutes of light walking should be the most you do. If you are running forget about getting big with your body type.

Keep your routines basic, intense and short. I.E. squats, deads, bench, military presses, barbell rows and throw in a few other things for shits and giggles to fill in the gaps. Remember this, you are not at the polishing point right now you just want to put on raw mass.

I hate giving advice on cycles that is a decision you have to make for yourself, but if you decide to go that route keep it basic and simple. Some kind of test base with something else stacked with it will be all that you need. I don't know that you are at the point that you really need the roids yet. Maximize you natural potential first and you will thank yourself later on. I was almost 240 before I ever did a cycle and am clean right now.

Finally, don't worry about getting a little fat. To many guys are more worried about staying pretty for the girls and they wonder why they can never put on mass. I know I was one. You can always lose the bodyfat. I have been as high as the 20's and as low as 5 so I know it can be done.

Good luck bro it is a long road, but if you stay true you can acheive what you want.

That's SUPER LEAN! I'm 6'4 and 214 currently... I thining if I was 2" shorter and dropped 39lbs! Great vascularity and stridrations!
 
Wow, lots of good responses! For the guy that said I just looked skinny...try not to be too much of a prick, but you could have been worse. I agree in my mind I think I'm skinny. Wheel shots: havn't done legs in a few months beause my training partner injured his knee. I know this was VERY stupid of me and I'm regretting it dearly. GoldenDelicious: lol yea, it comes in handy sometimes, but othertimes its a bitch.

bigp3: I really appreciate you taking the time to type all of that and for giving it some thought. I have started to stray away from the compound movements and need to go back to them. Really? Thats hard to believe because, if anything, ive dropped weight. I'm stronger and didn't think I changed much over the past few months. When I got on cycle next im going to start a journal from start to finish, with before and after pictures. Kinda like i did with my first cycle (i made a thread and actually finished it)

Bro ... I am gonna tell the same thing to you as I did to my best friend ... who is a TRUE ecto! 1 word ... DBOL!!!!!!!!

Dbol plus as much freakin protien as you can shove in your face. This will mass you up better than anything if you are an ecto. Deca is a good partner to run with it. My friend who used to be a stickman ... now has a very nice build with some nice size to him.

lol i have almost 8 grams of dbol in powder! I was actually just coming off dbol about 4 weeks ago. I had ran EQ for 1-10 weeks, and dbol 1-3, then 11-13. I wont use EQ again as I noticed no difference with just it.

You're recommending steroids to a 6'2" 175 teenager. Especially you, mavy. One Word, dbol? How about one word: FOOD. HE'S FUCKING 175 LBS AND 6'2"!

I'm really beginning to believe that 98% of the anabolic forum doesn't know jack shit about diet OR training, only drugs. I see posts like this every day--none of these guys are on the training forum where they should be. They're lazy, do everything half-assed, and they're going to pay for it later with their health.

Yeah I might get flamed for this post--I couldn't care less. I'm sick of seeing pics of guys on their 3rd cycle that aren't as big as me, who has only been training 2 years and NATURALLY. And I have average genetics at best.

It's impressive definition regardless but it'd be more impressive if you were 40 lbs heavier. If you've ever seen the comedian Tommy Davidson w/o a shirt he's probably about 3% bodyfat but since he weighs about $1.25 it doesn't say a whole lot. Keep training and hit legs whether your partner is or not.

Looking good bro. Whats done is done with anabolics. If I were you I'd personally hold off for a while.

Im sure you can still gain at a fair pace naturally. Once you hit a wall, then maybe use some anabolics.

Just my 2 cents.

I will shoot you my bulking diet. You may want to bump up the cals a bit from what I eat though since I tend to get fat easily these days. I hope I did not come off as I was busting your balls because that is not the case. I had a very similar build when I was your age it just comes with time and effort. Don't make the mistake of giving up your leg routine. You dont want to be one of these guys I see all the time with huge upper bodies and nothing down below,,, lol. I agree that he should hold off on the drugs. I think he would thank us later on and I said this in my post along with you. I know most young guys probably won't listen to us that have been around a while, but train until you hit a wall then go to drugs. I just hope the kid does them in a smart way if he so choses. I don't even like talking about this subject because it bothers me to see young guys starting out on aas's. but I guess that is life.
 
How can a teenager use steroids in a "smart way"?? He's still in puberty and he's fucking with his hormone levels? That's idiotic.

I am also an ectomorph. With diet and lifting, I went from 6'0 140lbs to 6'0 202lbs, completely naturally. It took about 3.5 years to do, but it's possible.

The bottom line was that I lifted insane weights and I ate to the point of puking several times. For dinner, I'd normally start eating around 11:30 and continue stuffing myself until like 1 in the morning, sometimes consuming 2lbs or more of meat along the way. I didn't try any anabolics until I'd been lifting for like 9 years. It's just foolish to go fucking with yourself when you're young and using roids and shit, serious cycles, and still only weighing 175. I hit 175 within a little over a year of serious training and I still had like 9% bodyfat.

I mean, the guy looks decent and all, but he should be much, much bigger with this level of drug use. I see way too many guys in the gym who are obviously juicing but who have really lackluster size. When I was gaining weight, I passed many juicers along the way and 175 is such a low goal even for an ectomorph. This guy wants a beach body for the summer, like a lot of the spring break crowd, so let him fuck himself up with vet gear...it's his life.
 
I agree 175 lbs at 18 years old is not a good time to be juicing. Something tells me though that he is going to do whatever he wants. I just hope he makes educated choices. I am 6'2" also and started out at around 170 and worked my way up to almost 240 naturally. This took me about 5 years but was well worth it. The gains you make naturally will be yours to keep.

I have to agree with debaser and JATCA69. He should be just eating, eating, eating and lifting. Especially that young. If I was to look at his pics and someone said he just came of the cycle he did, I don't think anyone would touch juice. Not to drag this out, but for doing a cycle or two, he is pretty small. Just my .02 however.
 
And why the hell would you cycle while trying to keep super lean? If I ever touched steroids, I'd make the most of it, and sure as hell not having a sub-maintenance calorie diet.
