good drop in weight again this week definitely feeling the grind now but we push through no matter. plan is to keep pushing down hard for the rest of the week. potential refeed Friday or Saturday and then into depletion.





Changes This Week:

  • drop in calories and small changes to PEDS. increased t3 to 50 mcgs
  • dropped out anadrol on leg days
  • lowered test
  • added whinstrol


Current PED Protocol:

  • Test E – 260 mg/week
  • Primo E – 700 mg/week
  • GH – 8 IU/day
  • Clen – 100 mcg/day
  • Anavar – 60 mg/ day
  • reta 500 mcg 2 x a week
  • 5 amino 1MQ 150 mg / day
  • t3 50 mcgs
  • whinstrol - 20 mg/day
