I tried many times to quit caffeine, and I get the worst migraines, I end up taking an excedrin, or I drink coffee or mountain dew. Thanks guys for the answers, I was hoping someone would have energy alternatives to caffeine, besides speed :) I take B-12 and B complex and other vitamins currently.

I take liquid B-12 and it has niacin in it, sometimes I get red dots all over the place, they look like pimples and I hate it. I can't believe you like the sides of niacin, you must be joking.

All I take is protein shakes, creatine, and vitamins, Eat FOOD, tuna and oatmeal until you want to barf.

Babe Ruth is the greatest baseball player ever, he hit 50 to 60 homers each season when most players in his era couldn't even hit 10, plus he was a damn good pitcher.

I just bought and tried Diurex for Men, I followed the directions and I gained 2 lbs, I actually feel like I'm holding more water now. What the hell? Did I do something wrong or does this product suck?

I never take glutamine, but I usually mix my creatine with orange gatorade powder and my results are pretty good, of course I'm bloated as hell, I probably have about 10 lbs of extra water weight right now.
