    Traps = Delt day...............same here. After deadlifts on back day, they are usually shot to shit.

    shin splints

    So far i've rid myself of them by running really slow at first. basically getting your legs up to speed. I started out by running 20-25 min @ 5.0 mph. Basically I had no stride, but no splints either. From there, every 10 days or so, i've up my speed by .2 or .3. Right now, i'm at 6.5 mph...
