does big hands play a key factor in how good your grip is? would it be an advantage or disadvantage?

Big hands help a lot, but definitely aren't required for good grip.

the heaviest i go without any aids is 315. past that, sweat causes the bar to slip.

x2 Sometimes i'll do my 365 set w/o straps, just for grip strength, but when the weight gets into 400+ i use straps.

the most i can manage to hold onto with sweaty hands is 265x3-4, then i risk dropping it from hip level.

what is the difference between rosin and chalk?

cant bring cahalk or rosin into my yuppie gym

so its about 315 and then the straps

i would like the chalk, cause i could use the forearm size

you can bring rosin, just dont make a big production out of it. put it in a sandwich baggee and youre fine.

does it com in block form or just the bags (i.e. the ones used in baseball)
if there were something small enough to fit in my pocket, that would be great
especially now that its getting warmer and my sweating goes form buckets to uncontrollable
