for others on the board: welsh power house was benching away without a spotter, he went to put the weight on the rack and missed, ending up with the bar behind his head.
p.s. The weight fell of one end too! lol.
dont think thats a rotator problem..sounds like you popped teh shoulder out of its socket. JuSt go light for a few weeks on shoulders..if you get pain go and see a doc.
how the hell are you meant to squat while keeping your knees behind your otes..i tried it without weight, and it felt like my back would cave in. The only way i could do it comfortably was by moving my legs much wider than shoulder-width.
I used to do chest twice a week( I seemed to improve much more quicky this way than once a week), but then i injured my shoulder..from overdoiing it maybe?
