Is a little Rum healthy?

A glass of red wine is heart healthy or something

True. It's glasses 3-12 that get you into trouble.

But I'm skeptical of the wine study. I think the study was biased at least two ways.

1) Higher socioeconomic bracket people (which correlate to healthier people) tend to drink wine.

2) People who demonstrate consistent moderation (by drinking only 1-2 glasses per day, but every day) are probably more consistent and moderate with their other eating (and exercise) habits.
