that's my 220 pic...from the first annual "best abs by 4th of july" contest that i had with sb...i took that pic on 06/30/2010 (i believe)...i'm at 230+/- right now but, i just went back in my cage (where i belong) on 01/03/2011...at my age, i like to start early and take my time...i can keep a lot more muscle that way
