SO, Black Friday is just over two weeks away now and stores/sites are starting to post their deals. What have you found so far? Anything of note?

Post any deals you may know of or anything you may find!
 
I shop every year its a family tradition. All the women in my family meet for coffee and go shopping since everyone is together for the holiday. Its just a reason to get together. Even my grandma still goes! I might check the sales in the paper on Tday.
 
You people are crazy to go shopping on that day.

Last time I was in a Christmas shopping crowd I was a child prisoner. I think it was '94 which would've made me 11. My mom insisted on hitting the mall for some Macy's sale. I swear to God it took us 40 minutes just to get out of the fucking parking deck.
 
The crowds suck if you take it seriously. My dad and I have went the past 2 years. One reason is you can normally find a flat screen for at least 100 to 150 dollars cheaper that day....and 2 cause i love to see how crazy some people act. Fights over parking spaces....over the last tickle me elmo...lol...i mean love to see the Christmas spirit.

I've never been intentionally shopping on a black friday, but the above would be an interesting reason to go. Human behavior can be very interesting, and if you're not going to get that trinket at 80% off that sold out at 2:59am, you won't be disappointed. :D

I had an old lady grab an item out of my hand once. I was so shocked I just stood there...a sweet little old lady! Another woman saw what happened and grabbed another one for me.

went by best buy around six and there were like 30 people some even with tents... jeez... i guess they want the $200 netbooks that badly...

LOL I went to target around 10 pm and there were like 60 fuckers there already!!! I had potential interest in their 42" 1080p HDTV for $290 the brand was meh but it was so cheap... but fuck that considering they have limited quantities, I did wake up early to go places and everything is sold out every where... it was my first black friday, I wanted to see the insanity up close.... 3 squad cars were at Best buy LOL :lmao:
 
I'm driving down to the States (Dearborn, Michigan) to shop till I drop

last year Target opened up at 4 am I think. I was up there at about 10 till and there had to be over a thousand people in front of me waiting in line. There were so many people..I had never seen anything like it..there are three Targets and three Walmarts w/in 15 miles of me, I was surprised that there were so many people when there were so many stores to choose from..I thought, fuck this, and went back to my car. Someone had parked in between me and the next car, I had to crawl into my car from the passenger side just to get in :lmao: I'll never do Target or Walmart on Black Friday EVER.

I did that Black Friday shopping once. Some lady tried to take a toy out of my cart (at Walmart) that I got for my son and I nearly kicked the crap out of her (she actually tried to aregue with me when I caught her). It just isn't worth it to get all that worked up over material things. The combination of getting up early, the crowds, and pushy people is enough for me to lose my temper. I never went again.
 
I made out very well 2 coach purse`s, a pair of uggs, two pairs of runners, 2 ed hardy tee`s, some new workout gear, got my nephews presents for his birthday and Christmas.
