Damn sick lift dude. The squat was insane too I thought you were gonna fall over lol!
Lol I wasnt about to punk out thats for damn sure. That extra little depth threw me off though.

I want to pull 685 at 220ish next week. I was about 10 pounds heavier in that video.
 
Week 2 Day 4 Thoughts!

Notes:
Joints are starting to get a bit achy. Gonna start using only 4 pumps of Forma Stanzol a day now. Feeling great though!

Diet:
Exact same as past two days lol.

Workout:
Shoulders!

Joints hurt too much to continue and had to call it a day.

Notes:Boy my joints ached today while working out. Had a hard time lifting weight without feeling pain in my shoulder joint and mid arm joint. Going to drop dosage to 2 pumps a day of Forma Stanzol and take 12-14 caps of Fish Oil a day. Leg is sore from yesterdays pin!

Diet:Same as yesterday. Been eating the same things lol
